What’s Included?

A report compliant with Australian Standards AS 4349.1-2007 Inspection of Buildings and Australian Standard AS 4349.3-2010 Timber Pest Inspections.

We issue a detailed and customised report with photos, broken down into sub-sections. Each sub-section contains a list of items that are inspected and includes any identified defects along with the applicable images.  All safety related issues are listed followed by possible major defects, minor defects and maintenance recommended.  Any evidence of live pests, pest damage or elements associated with pest infestation are also identified and listed with applicable images included.
