A dilapidation report captures the visible structural condition of a property prior to nearby or neighbouring renovation works, construction or excavation being carried out. A report is produced for the purpose of comparison at a later date.

Dilapidation Inspection

A dilapidation inspection is carried out by our experienced builder and is generally of a visual nature, with everything remaining in place. The inspector thoroughly assesses and records the current condition of the property including any existing damage, highlighting areas that are likely to be affected by nearby construction or earthworks.

Dilapidation and Comparison Report

 The dilapidation and comparison report typically includes notes, measurements and photographs which give an accurate representation of the state of the building being inspected. If there has been a change in the condition of the property during the works period and/or after the completion of the works you should contact Luxor Construction to re-inspect and document the extent of damage that has occurred.
