What’s Included?

A report compliant with Australian Standards AS 4349.1-2007 Inspection of Buildings.

We issue a detailed and customised report with photos, broken down into sub-sections. Each sub-section contains a list of items that are inspected and includes any identified defects along with the applicable images.  All safety related issues are listed followed by possible major defects, minor defects and maintenance recommended.
