Construction Progress Inspection

What is a Construction Progress Inspection?

A construction progress inspection is conducted to identify unsatisfactory workmanship as well as errors in the National Construction Code application to the build. With so many project builders taking on work that pushes them to their limits, oversights in quality can and do happen. Having an independent progress inspection done at the crucial stages of your home’s construction can save you a lot of time and money in the long run, if issues are detected and rectified before the build progresses. The ideal findings from a construction progress inspection are that the builder is doing the right thing and no defects are identified. If this is the case, the report will reflect these findings and state the stage is satisfactory.
